Fitness Equipment of Eugene provides its residential and commercial customers with superior and efficient delivery services. We do everything we can to arrange prompt and convenient delivery of your fitness equipment. If a product is not in stock we work diligently to ensure your needs are being fulfilled as quickly as possible by coordinating with our fitness suppliers to get the product to your door ASAP. Though this will sometimes mean waiting several days for shipment, you can trust the staff at Fitness Equipment of Eugene is doing everything we can to facilitate the fastest delivery possible.
Within Eugene and its surrounding area we do not charge a delivery fee but fees are applicable when delivering further outside the area. This means there will be mileage charges for products delivered more than 40 miles from our location at 2080 West 7th Avenue Eugene, Oregon 97402. The mileage charge is the same for every delivery out of the area. We charge a flat rate of $50 per hour of travel but do our best to coordinate multiple deliveries or services in any given area at the same time in order to share the cost of your mileage with others, thus driving down how much you pay!
At Fitness Equipment of Eugene we understand that your fitness equipment needs require prompt attention in order to get you or your clients on track to better health and well-being. As such we will always work with you to schedule prompt and convenient service, whether it be delivering a product or servicing existing equipment. Our maintenance team is always busy with some form of work but we are generally available for same-week appointments, though this is not always the case due to travel restrictions and vacation. Your satisfaction is our success!
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to Fitness Equipment of Eugene within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for refund products must be in original condition, unused, free from smell, discoloration and in Like-New condition. There will be a restocking fee due of 25% due to costs associated with delivery, assembly and the subsequent pickup of equipment. The presence of pet hair, notable smoke odor, or stains, may compromise a return’s eligibility for any refund. All returns are subject to the approval of the serviceman or technician when they arrive on site for assessment.
Items returned after 30 days will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. The facilitation of returns beyond 45 days will be at Fitness Equipment of Eugene’s discretion.
Refunds may take up to 3 business days to process. This timeline may vary depending on your credit card processor and lending institution.
When making a return please:
- Include a copy of your order paperwork
- Indicate the reason for your return
- Specify whether you would like an exchange or refund
We strongly suggest returns be shipped insured for full retail value, and with tracking.
